ROM Manager / Scheduled Backups

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help.

I am looking at setting up scheduled backups on my Liquid MT, I used to have a desire and I had ROM manager installed I used this to do scheduled nandroid backups to my SD Card. Then I had a little script that ran on my media centre to connect to my phone over wifi via FTP and pick up the nandroid backup. Thus allowing me to have a full backup of my phone should it get lost, stolen or break.

I have installed CWM Recovery by vache on my Liquid MT, but ROM manager doesnt recognise that it is installed and is asking me to install it, however it doesnt look like the Liquid MT is supported.

Does anyone know of a why to get the APP to see the CWM Recovery by vache so I can set up scheduled nandroid backups.

I know that other settings can be backed up with things like titanium backup and google accounts etc, but nandroid just allows me to restore every thing in one hit.
