The ZTE Skate is on amazons black friday deals where there is often great discounts

They products go as 'lightening deals' where the deal starts at 5:30 and they are sold out within seconds

It explains how it works better on the amazon website

you mean we can snap up an OMC for a tenner or something...?

Ok I found the omc listed at £229, take away 30% £160...thats still no where as good as £119 direct from orange and the unlock is free...plus we get a christmas free box and a pair of headphones thrown in...

Thanks for the link anyway...

its tempting I do admit but like Dadashi said it would have to be a big drop in price to really be worthwhile.

If it was to drop to £100 I have to admit i certainly would consider getting 1 :)

...not Aamazon, the most theyll drop is 30%...£160 for an unlocked Skate would have been ok a couple of months ago (I paid £149 + £10 top up in August)

now it can be unlocked in minutes for free its too much...

It depends whether they deicide if its going to be one of there big offers of the week

as they sold cds's at 90% off and xbox's and wii's for £50 last year as some of their big offer

but this might just be another 30%, so its all chance

Pointless thread.

just 35 minutes to go...I suggest we all get ready and press the "one-click" buy button as soon as the clock turns...if it's too expensive we can cancel later tonight...

Even better, go through http://www.topcashback.co.uk/orange/ and get £25 cashback bringing it down to £105 (with £10 phone credit)

150 quid through Amazon black friday?

No ta

They're running to 35% off - can't see if any are being sold - will be interesting to see what the demand for it is at that price

Either there was not many handsets available to start with, or a hell of a lot of people hace added the phone to their basket (Like I did) cause it showing now "Join waiting list"

I will not carry on buying mine, so it'll get released to somebody else willing to pay that much.

Topcashback + Orange.co.uk seems more reasonably priced and includes the headset and some credit on.
