i like launcher pro, its fast and doesn't waste too much ram.

Launcher Pro's development has stopped for a long time :( It was easily the best launcher on the market (very fast & many functions) but it now it's becoming outdated.

You can try GO launcher EX, but IMO it's a little slower. I'm using Launcher 7 now, because I wanted to try the Windows Phone 7 look (but it's becoming a little boring... I'm happy that I can change the look of my phone so easily with Android)

Now i use miui 555 i think is cool . less drain baterry and can change many theme

Miui is the name of rom that port by lens I use it because I think it smooth and have Mega beautiful ui ;)

i use SPB shell but its $15 CAD barring that i also use the lg one i have included two files.Just put both files in /system/apps and reboot
