Using widget locker would be the easiest way, as there are many themes like this for it.

i thought widget locker had only slide to unlock! could you suggest me a couple of names of these themes? i wouldn't have a clue to what to search for..

The latest version has the default ICS identical to the one you posted.

Then there are many themes in ICS style at the xda thread. I have some of my own on my deviantart page too, in my signature too.

As above the widget locker one is 100% ics. But theres magiclock theme from the market
