[Q] how to flash XCD35 rom with stock recovery from windows

Hey guys my xcd35 display is not working i need to reflash the stock rom from here http://android.modaco.com/topic/339832-zte-blade-romdump-froyo-official-dell-xcd-35-gen-2-tft/page__p__1708216#entry1708216 . please tell me how to do it via adb.

p.s:- i have already set up adb.
