How to install android 4.0 on this phone.

Hi,

I am using zte blade aka orange sanfrancisco aka (in india) dell xcd35. I want to install 4.0 (icecream sandwich) on this phone. Currently it is having froyo (2.2) on it. Can you guys please let me know how to install android 4.0 on this phone.

what is the point? it is in very early alpha stage with lots of non working including sound etc. or camera, mounting sd problems. there is no real use of it unless you want to help developing it or just try for fun
