Guest Liquid_Metal_UK Posted November 28, 2011 Report Posted November 28, 2011 (edited) Hi All, New Liquid Metal user here, delighted with it so far, only slight niggles is the lack of free space on the internal memory and Bluetooth won't pair with my Mac. Just to confirm, bluetooth is definitely turned on both the phone and the mac. Anyone any ideas? Edited November 28, 2011 by Liquid_Metal_UK
Guest !gm Posted November 28, 2011 Report Posted November 28, 2011 I just have some auto-connect issues related to media/phone functions, pairing in general always worked. Do the devices see each other? (At Least the one which is accepting the pairing have to be visible)
Guest Liquid_Metal_UK Posted November 28, 2011 Report Posted November 28, 2011 Yep, the Mac can see it and Liquid Metal shows up in the list but then gives a message saying the device does not have the necessary services? Just to confirm the Bluetooth normally works fine, use it daily for my Magic mouse and also worked fine on my previous phone (Nokia E63).
Guest !gm Posted November 28, 2011 Report Posted November 28, 2011 oh, file transfers and modem-stuff I've never tried :o (forgot that this could be important beside USB and WiFi)
Guest Liquid_Metal_UK Posted December 1, 2011 Report Posted December 1, 2011 OK, Just incase other Mac users come across this thread I have found a solution, if you download Bluetooth File Transfer (Free) from the Android app store you will find that it should pair fine with your Mac, odd that the standard default app doesn't though!
