T-Mobile Vivacity

I got a T-Mobile Pulse a couple of years ago and got some great information from this site in getting it sim unlocked and how to update the Android OS. I'm now thinking of getting the T-Mobile Vivacity as it seems a better or similar spec of phone than ones £50 more expensive (Wildfire S, Xperia, Galaxy Ace) and I quite like the look of it too.

Can anyone help me? Can it be unlocked? And if so where would be the cheapest to get an unlock code?

Unlock has been done, though seems a bit of a highwire act, with some fatalities already - you'll need to get your hands dirty
