Guest Jaminben Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 Really really really really annoying me now, does it occasionally but it wont let me send any messages for the past 12 hours, I can recieve messages and I have full bars of reception but I cant send any, or make calls. All my text messages appear with a red triangle with an ! in the middle. Orange San Francisco on GiffGaff using japanese jellyfish or something using the default text messaging app on the phone (official android one I think?). Was messaging fine all day up to about 6pm, then when I actually try to make plans for tonight I cant text or call or anything, I was very very close to throwing my phone at the wall, infact I still am... maybe I have anger issues? lol either way it is bleeping me off and is seriously jeopardising my chances of having sex tonight. Help please! Cheers!

Guest Karucifer Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 You're not using LBE Privacy Guard or anything similar, are you? I've seen the issue several times that either through an LBE or SMS client update it 'forgets' that the SMS client is allowed to send texts and it can be hours (or in one case days) before I realise that the texts I've been writing haven't sent.
Guest Jaminben Posted November 30, 2011 Report Posted November 30, 2011 Turns out the problems were on GiffGaff's end, will be switching companies, absolutely awful. Apparently lots of people are having problems, they have no customer services, but you can submit an online form which they will try to reply to 48 hours is currently their estimated time... had to use a public phone box earlier to call work, if I hadn't of got through to them in time (literally about to call someone else) it would have cost me £120.
