At that price you can have the MIPS and properly licensed market capacitive ICS tablet. http://www.ainovo.com/ (I know this is spam but wouldn't want anyone to buy this junk believing its a good deal).(Its armv6 no gpu resistive probably worth about $50 max might make a reasonable alarm clock / radio that is about it).
