Cellphone rebooting when the SIM is inserted

Hi guys.

My Omnia started freezing so i decided to flash it.

After flashing it keeps restarting when it starts loading the main screen.

When I remove the SIM card it works fine.

I tried reflashing with 4 different ROMs and hard resetting but it keeps restarting.

Any help is welcome.
