how to integrate an updated app into the ROM

how can u integrate an updated app into the rom....when ever i update any app which r integrated in the rom the updates r installed in the ph and it is takin up lot of space..u can't move them to sd card...can anyone help me out or point in the rite direction???

Can you delete it from system/apps with root explorer and then install the latest version in data/apps and move to sd card?

Use the paid version of titanium backup - it has an option to do exactly what you need.
