blade wallpaper settings

Does anybody know how you can set a picture as a wallpaper without having to crop it??? I have tried a few pictures where i want all of it on show but i am always forced to choose a cropped section of it, even if i could rotate the crop it might not be as bad.

i have the blade set so the wallpaper does not scroll so i can try and get the one picture on the whole of the screen.

any ideas people ?????
