Guest aushknotes Posted December 12, 2011 Report Posted December 12, 2011 Hi Gurus, Acer Liquid Metal S120 with Android 2.3.6 AAP Gen-2 O/S. After setting mp3 as ringtones from song list on my SD card for awhile, the selecting is gone forever. Could it be a bug in Android. Any idea where the ringtones are stored. I can't find any of the default ringtones on my SD card at all. Thanks!
Guest Ma7moud Posted December 16, 2011 Report Posted December 16, 2011 well what i know is if you want to make a .mp3 file as a ringtone then in your SD card make a folder with the name "media" and inside that folder make 2 folders "ringtones" and "notifications" and put the mp3 files inside them then reboot the phone, and they should show up when you try to choose the ringtone
