Blind reset/unroot (Broken screen)

Hello all

I had GingerDMD and CWM Recovery 3.0 on my S120 but the screen has died (not smashed, but stopped working - first showing blue vertical lines now showing nothing at all)

I will have to send it in for warranty but first want to completeley un-root it.

I have used the method detailed here to flash the standard Acer OS downloaded from the Acer site, and it seems to have worked (I get a different startup sound)

But I was wondering if there is a way to remove CWM Recovery 3.0 and put the recovery/boot menu back to original. (or even if the above process already did it? i can't tell..)

Here is what happens when i boot into recovery..

if i boot holding camera, volume down and power: it vibrates 3 times, stops, then vibrates constantly - is this SD download mode?? there is no SD card in there..

if i boot holding camera, volume up and power: it vibrates 2 times then nothing - is this normal menu mode?
