60ohm for zte blade could be little too heavy or risky purchase. most full size headphones that mp3 player could drive properly usually have 32ohm, grados sr 60, sennheisers 2xx hd series for example. Sony V500, V6, V600 have more than 32ohm and most users bought additional amp. Blade's output is lower too like most sandisk, cowon, iriver players or iphone, htc desire have. good luck wink.gif

Get something that is going to last.

Fashion headphone brands are designed to break after only 14months. (According to the IET Magazine).

Get something like these.

Technics RP-DJ1210E-S and use Monte Carlo Stirfry - Perfect sound quality.

Last ten years (Mine needs a new wire which you can buy pretty cheap from Panasonic).

Not had any other headphones last more than a year ever (And I have spent loads on them).

the output sound is measured by mW (milliwats). The more ohm headphones have the more power it does need from source.headphones sensitivity (measured by db) is important too. Just More info here if interested :

forums.ilounge.com/ear-headphones/189443-ohms.html Mentioned technics should be fine with quality sources, however blade is not worth that headphone's sound drivers. You won't hear what you payed for;) cant say about omc, don't have it. Sennheiser hd202,203 have fat cable very similar to techics should be fine thought, cost about 30£ and friendly to low power outputs. Will try them on blade next week.

The best sound quality from a blade would have to be via bluetooth.

I have had Sennheiser HD25's and they lasted less than a year as well.

The point I was making is better to get something that you can just throw in a bag and won't break no matter what happens.

(10 years is acceptable).

I don't like buying into headphones at expensive prices that are designed to break just after the warranty expires that is the point.
