Sim locked out of phone?

My wifes San Francisco sudenley stopped making calls and recieving text etc.

There was me thinking it was the flahed rom i put on it at the begining of the year, so i reflashed it with 2 or 3 different roms both new and old types. with no luck.

So got thinking of looking though the settings and found nothing, untill i looked at the call forwarding. it would not get any data from the t-mobile provider. Then asked for network key. So i come to the conclution that one of the kids have some how barred the sim from this phone.

Is there any easy way to fix it or is it an new sim card i need?

The sim works fine in 2 other phones and can call in and out with out a problem so i know its not a faulty sim and the SF calls out with a vodaphone sim.

Hi, what sim card are you having an issue with. Blade buddy on the android market would generate a network unlock code for you

My symptoms are exactly the same. T-Mobile sim has just stopped working in unlocked OSF, but works in other phones. OSF works on GiffGaff. T-Mobile and Orange say the phone is blacklisted but not by them, so I cannot get the bar lifted.

After trying some new roms on the phone the only way i found round this was to transfer the number to another provider, just lucky it was pay as you go other wise it would be a wasted phone.

Just hope its just a one of for t-mobile only other wise it could be big problem with any one thats still using the old android roms on the first gen of OSF.
