apologies for the noobie stuff here and if this has been covered to death but can someone let me have a link for root/rom stuff, i want to get rid of all the orange garbage on my Monte Carlo

There is an icecream sandwich rom,but its very early days still,so I left that out of rom choices,here it is:

If you do want to try the ICS rom,just remember its still in development and a lot of things are still broke.
