Guest Frankish Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 Now that 3G works between the two...which do you choose? I'm a TMobile customer but Orange has better coverage in my area so I've stuck my phone connected to Orange. Its great! Nice to have the 3G working not sure how long it has been on for? Last time I checked was 2G only.
Guest victormun Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 Well, if Orange has better coverage, I'd go for it!! ;) This said, I'm an Orange costumer and I've had no problems at all, so I recommend it.
Guest gitf@ce Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 If you don't mind Orange's horrendous data charges...go for it.
Guest Atomix86 Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 Vodafone ;). But seriously neither Orange nor T-Mobile have a particularly stellar coverage map, but surely now they both share 100% it won't matter?
Guest Joey Scarf Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 T-Mobile The boosters are brilliant, and you get truly unlimited
Guest tillaz Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 i use t-mobile, £5 unlimited internet 250kbs, but i have full hsdpa signal all the time, whereas with all other networks i struggle to even get 3g,
Guest hecatae Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 Use T-Mobile. Though will test orange 3g now it's available Have national roaming enabled by default
Guest Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 Use T-Mobile. Though will test orange 3g now it's available Have national roaming enabled by default When I select roaming it says it will result in charges? I am on orange and would like to use the orange-tmobile option.
Guest Atomix86 Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 When I select roaming it says it will result in charges? I am on orange and would like to use the orange-tmobile option. That's only strictly true for roaming abroad. It's just a generic warning.
Guest Frankish Posted December 15, 2011 Report Posted December 15, 2011 I think my question had been misread by some people. I haven't switched from t mobile. Just using orange signal!
Guest den169 Posted December 18, 2011 Report Posted December 18, 2011 I think my question had been misread by some people. I haven't switched from t mobile. Just using orange signal! I had a text message this week from t-mobile telling me to switch my phone off then back on again and from then on it would use both t-mobile and Orange transmitters automatically.
Guest hecatae Posted December 18, 2011 Report Posted December 18, 2011 I think my question had been misread by some people. I haven't switched from t mobile. Just using orange signal! Yes shame that ZTE don't have the national roaming option enabled
Guest den169 Posted December 18, 2011 Report Posted December 18, 2011 Yes shame that ZTE don't have the national roaming option enabled Whats the national roaming option never heard of that.
Guest Atomix86 Posted December 18, 2011 Report Posted December 18, 2011 Yes shame that ZTE don't have the national roaming option enabled I thought that's what the data roaming option did?
