Losing films from micro SD card when i reboot

Recently, my Blade began to lose the odd film every time I rebooted. Last night, it lost all of them (9) in one go. Tried Hexamob recovery but some wont come back.

What happened.

Scandisk 16gb micro SDHC card.

I had similar trouble where after rebooting my rom the sd card was kinda 'forgetting' the most recent changes to it. Files recently made before the reboot disappeared and those deleted reappeared.

I copied all the info off the card onto my computer using a card reader, formatted the card and copied it back. Been fine ever since so I guess something was corrupted on the card.
