ClockworkMod not working

I can't get ClockworkMod working. I have followed all the guides on here and CWM appears to be installing because the DOS output says:

sending 'boot' (3656 KB)... OKAY

writing 'boot'... OKAY

But when I launch it (by turning the phone on and holding volume down) I still get the FTM screen.

If I try "adb reboot recovery" it takes me to the stock "Android system recovery <3e>"

I have unlocked and rooted the phone, still on stock Orange ROM. Have USB debugging on and have tried various combinations of the Handset and Google drivers. I downloaded the CWM from the sticky thread here

You could download clockworkmod from this thread: LINK and try flashing it trough ADB. There is a part about it in the tutorial in my signature.

Thanks Wacky. I'd already had a good read through your guide - very useful, thanks.

However, I have just solved the problem. I had got my downloaded files confused and put the rooting zip into a folder called CWM. Consequently whenever I have been trying to flash CWM I have been re-rooting I must have done it 10 times before I noticed!
