I can't turn on my phone

Help me!

I had gingeounray 3.1 but this morning i decide to return to android 2.2 with the original firmware.

I flash this bin (Acer_LiquidMetal_1.100.16.EMEA.GEN1.bin.zip) with acer download tool without doing a wipe and now I can't go in recovery mode and phone is stuck on the word android when i turn phone on.

What shall i do? Answer please, I try to reinstall the vache recovery 3.0 but when i reboot phone anything change.

PS. I have backup of gingerounay and i want to restore it.

I can't install the original firmware download form acer site because I haven't enough memory.

If I try to go in To boot in SD Download Mode phone start vibrate and says not sd image found.

I had installed an old recovery but i try to flash gingerounay 2.5 and it didn't work, so i try to flash clockworkmod recovery but it doesn't work and now phone stuck on acer word. I can't do anything :(

I suggest you to get back to gingerbread.

did you tried this?

If it dont work you can try to flash it with acer download tool. The correct bin is in acer_ug/acer_xx folder
