HTC WILDFIRE S , HTC DESIRE S , or SE X8 as replacement for ZTE Blade

I have been offered a permanent replacement as my ZTE Blade (AMOLED) does not power on any more. :(

Which one should I choose and why:

• HTC WILDFIRE S ,
• HTC DESIRE S , or
• SE X8

Alternatively, I could ask them to send it to ZTE for repair but it would apparently take more than three weeks until I would get it back.

Should I take the permanent replacement offer and if so which one?
