As said, Windows Phone 7 is proprietary and closed source. Unless someone reverse engineered the OS, found a Windows Phone 7 device with hardware similar to the Blade (of which I am not aware of) and managed to port everything across, then its really quite unrealistic :P

Windows Phone 7 requires different hardware, a minimum of a

Qualcomm ARMv7 (MSM8x55 or MSM7x30) processors, running at 800 MHz or higher. There are other specifics that the Blade just doesn't meet so a port won't work. The best we can do is themes.
