Hi ... Daft Question (back/exit buttons?)

Hello you lot,great forum you guys have made here,Very very useful to phone noobs like me :)

I`ve just changed over from using nokia`s to a blade (orange jobbie) ,its the first android i`ve used ... screens great and net browsing using opera is flippin brilliant :D

But one thing really bugs the pants off me,no onscreen back or exit buttons ??? i find the phone keys really hard to press and have to switch from using my finger to using my thumbs .... and using the home button means changing hands .... talk about irritating !!! (i`ve already dropped it 4 times)

Tried the market and cant see what i`m looking for,the phones still really new to me so forgive me if there's an option for them hiding in a menu somewhere :)
