Can I customise the missed call notifications in taskbar to restrict how far back it shows

If I get a missed call and pull down the taskbar, it will show all missed calls going back however long, like 14 missed calls etc over the past week. I'm sure there was a setting somewhere where you could define the period for the day or the week that it would notify you of, so for example it would only show missed calls of that day or week. I've looked through the menus but can't see it anywhere.

Once you have had a miss call, go to the call log in phone, and that should stop it coming up in the notification bar when you get another miss call later on.

Works for me anyway..

Hi Chris,

Thanks for replying. I can clear the reminder by going to the dialler. But then the next time I get a missed call, in the drop down it shows the cumulative number of missed calls not the most recent one(s). So if I've had, say 10 missed calls in the last week, it keeps increasing to 11, 12, 13 etc until I clear the call log in dialler to reset to 0.

What I wanted to be able to do (if possible) is just have the "new" missed calls showing in the dropdown rather than a running count.

Well apologies for bumping an old thread but even i would like to know any solution for this.

i am using Go dialer by the way.

Third party apps can't clear the missed call notifications. You need to go into system call log and it will reset.
