what is wrong with my battery?

I have rooted my LM and I have been using it with the original Acer Rom (I did not like gingerunay after trying it) for weeks now without a problem. Recently i noticed that the phone will never charge to full and no matter how long i leave it connected to charger, the maximum on battery meter will be 95%. More annoyingly, a new problem now is the phone rebooting randomly while connected to charger..any ideas please

Try clearing the battery stats in CWM, or download battery calibrator from market. Also current widget can help you see when the battery has finished charging etc.

Charge the phone while it is switched off. I had the same problem and it worked for me like that.
