HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Zte Blade Won't Charge

Hi,

I just tried to charge my blade using the stock wall charger the red led light came up on the back button for about a secound and then it the button started blinking and then my phone started to vibrate while charging and now it has stopped now it is not doing anything plsssssssssssssss help much appreciated btw i am running cm7
