PC doesnt recognised san francisco even after installing drivers

I am trying to connect my ZTE blade to PC but no luck. I installed driver from internet (one of the forums) but nothing. after installing driver, there are no yellow marks in device manager and a new removable disc appears in my computer. but when i click on my computer on this removal disc icon, i get error message saying insert drive.

Not an expert and bought this from someone. phone is running Xenorom R3!
