Android keyboard not working on Atomic ROM

Hi,

got my new O.M.C. yesterday and unlocked as per tutorial. Then installed C.W.M. and installed Atomic ROM 2.5. On starting up now I get a message saying that "The application Android keyboard (process com. android.inputmethod.latin) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" and Force close.

Can anyone help with an easy to follow repair.

uninstall and add another from market and see if that helps.

I allso had this the first time i flashed 1.6, i did the 4 wipes again re-downloaded the rom and it was solved.

Its still not like it should be but tillaz is working on it.

force closes on roms with things that are supposed to work are caused by signature mismatches 90% of the time, if you don't factory retest & clear all data when you install a rom that requires a full wipe the signatures will not match on the new .apk's, resulting in force closes.

do all 4 wipes and try again, then it should work

problem solved. Did the three wipes and reinstalled from SD via CWM and all is now good.

Time to play.
