Hello, Ive been reading through the forum, and I am still slightly confused on which is the best form of backup.

I do not mean a nandriod backup, I mean a app or something of similiar kind

Many Thanks!

Titanium Backup, but it doesn't add apps to market.

I recommend titanium too but what do you mean by doesn't add apps to the market?

If by that you mean the market doesn't recognize the apps as installed I have never had an issue with it.

Titanium Backup Pro key is definitely worth it, it makes for a one click app restore. as well as backup to dropbox and other features.

or if you are using GoSMS it supports text backup and you can even set it to schedule backups

titanium backup, worth every penny for the pro-key.:)

sms, contacts ect get saved with the app as data, but can restore separate as in just the data ,just save contact storage apk and you can restore the contact data.
