Trying to root?

So I manged to gain root with SuperOneRoot I think.

But trying to get a custom recovery+Cyanogen is NIGHTMARE. Following there wiki is just not working.

Please for the love of god help.

I've got a pictured guid about how to install CM7 on the Motorola Defy.

It worked fine for me.

Sadly it's only in german, but i think it would help you, also.
