7 Inch Tablet with gps / 3g

I currently have the advent Vega running honeyice I love it but I don't like the weight of the device or no GPS.

So I am after a smaller tablet with GPS and 3g would be a bonus. What is out there for under £200 don't mind a used one?

I have seen a dell streak 5 and viewsonic 7 are these any good?
