it has specs as follows:

1 gh cortex a-9 cpu

nvidia geforce gpu 3.8 touchscreen and lots more.

PLEASE ITS A REQUEST TO THE INTELLIGENT DEVS TO MAKE A CUSTOM 2.3 ROM FOR MY FONE
