can someone explain de-bricking Skate for imei

i was a zte blade user and i had always used these guides to solve my problems

and

now i am using zte skate but i couldn't find guide like blade

can i use methods of Blade for skate?

i wanna perform NV backup and restore whenever i need

Why are you so sure it's bricked? As far as I know nobody on this forum has succeeded to brick the phone yet.

And in my opinion, there doesn't exist something such as de-bricking, a bricked phone is a phone that can not be recovered. Period.

Anyway, explain us what's wrong with your phone and I'm sure some of the smart asses around here will be able to help you.

for example in Turkey goverment we can't use mobile phone which was buyed from outside. i am changing imei with my old phone's imei. i need de bricking procedure too so i can use my phone

imei changing is illegal in the UK and you are not asking how to de-brick and repair the imei to the correct one, you are asking how to change the imei, under United Kingdom law this is illegal since 2002 : http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/a_to_c/communications_offences/#p_06
