Guest Webreaper Posted January 5, 2012 Report Posted January 5, 2012 I currently have a Nexus One and am pondering the dilemma of what to replace it with next month. Options seem to be: 1. Galaxy Nexus - lovely device (my wife has one) but I'm not convinced about the size and the storage is too small (I use my phone for music and watching films). 2. SGS2 - now that ICS is available this is a real contender, although the screen isn't as nice as the GN. 3. SGS3 - rumoured to be coming out in Feb sometime with a 720p screen and ICS. If this also has microSD support (meaning it'll have 16/32GB plus a MicroSD with another 16/32GB easily) then it seems ideal. Obviously, #3 is a way off and there's no confirmed specs yet. So the most likely upgrade is the Galaxy Nexus. But has anyone heard any details about when we can expect the 32GB GSM model in the UK?
Guest jmagee Posted January 5, 2012 Report Posted January 5, 2012 Yep http://www.handtec.co.uk/blog/2012/01/coming-soon-samsung-galaxy-nexus-32gb-sim-free/
Guest Webreaper Posted January 5, 2012 Report Posted January 5, 2012 Nice, thanks. Presumably Vodafone subsidised 32GB devices should appear sometime in mid-Feb then....
Guest EddyOS Posted January 5, 2012 Report Posted January 5, 2012 Depends if they're even going to stock it directly but the usual vendors (CPW, Phones4U, etc) should have it on all networks once released
