Guest dragonxpress Posted January 6, 2012 Report Posted January 6, 2012 Hi Guys, I have flashed my ROM to 3c (thanks Tillaz, great job !) but cannot update the file to change my Wi Fi Mac Address details as it's completely blank. If I click on Wireless in Settings all I get is error ! Anybody help as although it's a great ROM but unfortunately I cannot connect to my wireless network which limits my ability to download new apps ! I have tried wiping and reflashing ROM but this not cure it. Thanks in advance - this is a great forum with so many helpful bods ...

I have used and done this a few times since I have had the phone after not backing up files before flashing. The workaround was to modify the MAC Address on the file which then resurrected the Wi Fi but the file is now completely blank ??? This happened after I flashed with ver 3c it was fine on ver 2.5 and ver 3 & 3b What are you editing the file with?
