2 devices phone and tablet no facebook on android market

Hello,

i've bought an android phone and a tablet from asia. and on both, i can't download facebook, twitter, angry birds from the market.

the phone is recognized as a mt6516 in the device manager. for the tablet, i only have access to the sd card.

can anyone help me ?
