Calendar notifications twice

This is more of a general question. I use Calengoo for managing my agenda and every time there is an appointment notification it rings twice and i have to dismiss it twice. Once in Calengoo and once as default Calendar app. How do I workaround this ? By disabling the stock Calendar app with TB, would that work and would then Google keep syncing my agenda ? Any other solution ?

I solved this by disabling notifications in default Calendar app. Didn't notice such option at first.
