Getting OMC kernel

I would like to revert to the original kernel that came with the OMC due to some instability I get.

How do I extract it from the ROM zip in a format that I can flash with clockwork mod?

You can just flash the boot.img from your stock rom using fastboot or even using a custom update zip with an edited script.
