HTC 7 PRO German changing the display language

Hello! I´ve bought HTC 7 PRO phone from Germany. Phone had

mango update in it and it does not have finnish display language

only english and german.

Is it possible to get already updated phones display language

to finnish even thougt there is not language possibility on the update?

If it is possible can I get step to step instructions?

I am not aware of any way to install extra languages, that would need to be changed via a ROM update or flashing a ROM that supports the language you require.
