There is certain small difference between the Zte Blade and the Dell xcd35 (indian version).

you can try looking for the difference by your self.

Just to sort out certain issues,I have started this topic.

The Zte blade says that,it supports microSD, up to 32GB but the indian version of it Dell XCD35 says it supports only upto 16GB.

Let me know does the Dell xcd35 also support 32Gb.

Indian people those who have been using this handset please let me us know ,whether the indian version Dell Xcd35 supports 32Gb or not .

Thankyou.

Orange say on their website the San Franicisco can support 32gb. And in the user manual it claims to only support 8gb. However, both 16gb, and 32gb cards work for me. 64gb works for some too, though not necersarily everyone.

One card may work in one Blade, but not another. Even two cards by the same manufacturer, one may work in many Blades and the other only some. Afaik, its all a bit random.

All Blade's have slightly different hardware revisions (other than OLED/TFT 3mp/5mp) though I'm not entirely sure what

Some for example have different digitizer which I guess are are compatible with each others motherboards. Synaptics and Taos. Synaptics - buggy dual touch digitizer. Taos - flawless 5 point multitouch.

I'm not a **** lol. I just did not want to spend alot on a phonewhich was bought as a temporary. Now It's not a temporary and and not planning to change it nless something bad happens to it. My card is 8gb and that's enough if you are a normal user. I for example tend to have a couple of nandroids, music, pictures and rom's and I have a 1gb ext partition and I still have 1gb left.

I have a Dell XCD35 too and have an 8 gig card. I have flashed god knows how many ROMs on this baby and its flawless :)

Having a bit of a problem with the wifi now though :|

The signal receiving strength has gone a bit too low , I guess after installing the undervolted kernel. Reflashed with MMHMP and FnC and MMHMP again just to check, but to no avail :(

Download z4root and install. Hit temporary root, then install rom manager from market. In rom manager select flash clockwork recovery.

Select any GB rom you want and put it on your SD card along with gapps.

Then reboot phone with vol- pressed, it should take you to recovery. Select install from zip and choose the zip of the Gb rom. Do it again and select gapps zip. If you're looking for a simpler method, search modaco for windows flashing guide.

SS RLS4

CM7

You can download either of the roms above, the SS is a stock gingerbread which is modded a bit while Cm7 is gingerbread offering alot more tweaks. If you're really not into too much tweaking and modding, I suggest you flash the Swedis Snow.

Dell XCD35. Rooted.

I've flashed CM 7.2 stable.

Sansdisk 32GB Class 4 card with a 1GB EXT 3 partition works flawlessly. The EXT partition is for A2SD using Darktremor. I've repartitioned the internal storage using TPT helper to give me more space for the Dalvik cache.
