Orange San Francisco Warranty Question.

The screen my san fran has gone, the actual glass is fine but the actual lcd screen is just grey when you turn it on, there is no other visible signs of damage, the phone is around 7 months old and new when bought will this be covered by the warranty?

If that's not a physical damage caused fault, then you'll be fine.

I believe the warranty lasts for 12 months, so you are OK providing the it is a fault and was not caused by accidental damage.

You need to ring up orange customer support and they will sort it for you.

If its under ~6 months old, they will likely do a phone swap by courier. If its older it may need to be sent off to be repaired.
