Reupload Request for T-Mobile Vivacity Unlock Files

I know a number of other members have the same request so decided to create this topic to get attention since no one seems to be responding on the original thread for unlocking. I am desperate to unlock my vivacity and cannot download the required files. Can someone who has the files please upload to any server that is still accessible.
