Making ROM's

SO i thought of making this thread where people could share the resources and tutorials on and about how to make custom ROMs from existing roms or from scratch. If more people know how to make ROM's and stuff we could See alot more development. We currently have two developrs Davide and Lens who are currently working on cyanogen mod and their respective stuff. Anyways If more people know how to make roms we would have more customized Roms etc.

And if i am not worng NVFlash on vache's website (^ above link) Helps you restore phone to default if you brick it right?
