I am on GSF B13 (I know it is old but fully suitable for me) and it writes "This app is compatible with your O2 ZTE ZTE-BLADE"

BTW this program is only for Czech or Slovak Tesco customers: "This can be used in place of your Clubcard at the Checkout in Tesco Extra stores Eden Praha and Bratislava Petržalka" B)
