16gb card on zte

hi,

bit of a newbie here,not sure if this question as arisen elsewere

i had 2 OSF (zte blade) one with a 2gb card and other with 16gb card....

i have sold the 2nd zte(kept the 16gb card though!)

my question is this...

i want to put the 16gb card back on the first zte but its freezing on the android robot ...the 2gb card works fine though

do i need to transfer all the 2gb card onto the 16?

p.s. on the 16gb card are 6-7 roms and i want to use one of them)and my apps are all on TB but cant access any of it when i try put card in
