Problem with the touch screen

I have opened my Blade so as to clean the dust in the screen, and after closing it like always and switching it on, the touch screen doesn't work.

Little do I know about hardware, but I'd say that the connector between the screen and the terminal is what should be harmed, but apparently it is like always.
