Can't access settings

I installed the latest ROM for my kindle fire, but now when I tap the star in the status bar, nothing happens. I can't get access to settings.

Anyone know what might be going on?

It may have some mistake in installing ROM and please all the setting first.

If you have  connected to UoR-Setup or UoR-Guest to configure your device, please make sure you remember to remove these networks from your device so it does not connect to them accidentally. Choose forget in the list of all theavailable networks. customer loyalty programs
