Guest rage a500 Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 Has anyone played about with orange signal boost, I noticed its open source.
Guest robneymcplum Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1367036 Is this of any use to anyone with an OMC/skate? I may even give it a try.
Guest philmein Posted February 8, 2012 Report Posted February 8, 2012 think you will still need to use an orange sim tho YUK
Guest timfimjim Posted February 9, 2012 Report Posted February 9, 2012 think you will still need to use an orange sim tho YUK yeah you can only use an orange sim, so pointless to other network users. it comes default on the Orange Monte Carlo 2.3.4 rom, and I think the XDA thread posted earlier (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1367036) would probably work on the OMC on another rom. Haven't tested it so can't be certain, but I can't see why it wouldn't work

And the 'end' button kept flashing and wouldnt turn off, factory reset didnt stop it either so had to re-flash via back up. Standard orange monte carlo on orange network. Maybe I did something wrong which is more than likely, but didnt work for me but logically me being a spazz and others on here that arent should get this working.
